It has UV and fade resistance and resists stain, dirt as well as hot tyre pickup. It has good marking resistance, is non-yellowing, fast drying and has low odour. The Dulux Avista Waterbased Sealer is an easy one-day application product that can be applied on damp surfaces (with no pooled water on the surface.) It is tintable in store to a range of 25 colours including 9 popular Colorbond® Colours. Add Dulux Avista slip-reducing powder to increase the slip resistance of sealed surfaces.
